Ethical management policy

We will consider our corporate social responsibility and ethical value realization,
as well as corporate profit creation, in our endeavor to pursue sustainable management and exert positive influence on the society.

  • Responsibility towards customers

    1. Provide the best quality products that can maximize customer satisfaction to respond quickly to legitimate and reasonable demands of customers.
    2. Fully safeguard the information of customer, and ensure no disclosure to third party without approval of Company.
      Ensure that transaction is based on an equal footing, assuring equitability.
    3. Bring new value, created as a result of relentless innovation and R&D and beneficial to customer, through fair competition in the market.
  • Basic ethical requirements for employees

    1. Perform duties as a stakeholder with a sense of mission, thus playing a part in the advancement of Company.
    2. Do not abuse superior position of employee to seek personal benefit.
    3. Provision/offer of gifts, cash loan, or joint and several guarantee are prohibited between any work-related stakeholder and employee.
    4. Slander and maligning/defamation between employees and any act that weakens solidarity or cohesion of organization are prohibited.
    5. Carry out duties and responsibility to the fullest, make effort to turn crisis into opportunity, and conform to international standards for corporate management.
  • Protection of company’s assets and information

    1. Do not use any equipment or materials of Company for private purpose not related directly to works.
    2. Do not disclose information, obtained in the course of performance of works, externally without prior consent or approval.
    3. Overall know-how and information, which always remain important property of Company, should not be leaked or disclosed externally without approval of Company.
      All employees should use the best effort to protect confidentiality of the know-how and information of company.
    4. No employee should be involved in any act related to illicit software or engage in illegal cyber activities.
  • Coexistence with subcontractors

    1. Registration and selection of subcontractor should be made through reasonable method pursuant to objective and fair review standards.
    2. No employee should abuse his/her superior position to make any unreasonable demand or receive undue money/valuables or entertainment.
      If the giver is suspected of expecting something in favor or going beyond the boundary of social norm, it should be reported to the head of concerned department.
    3. No employee should engage in any act with subcontractor to seek personal profit.
  • Compliance with ethical standards

    1. Ethical standards should be strictly observed as a set of principles defining correct behavior and value judgment in all kinds of business and works, whether it is in Korea or abroad.
    2. All transactions of Company should be accurately recorded and managed, so that all stakeholders can understand Company’s business activities objectively.
    3. No employee should be involved in politics, and any political activity within Company is prohibited although their personal suffrage and political opinions are respected.

Rejection to random collection of email addresses

We reject any unauthorized collection of email addresses from this website by means of email address collection program or other technological devices. Please note that violation of what is stated above will result in criminal punishment as prescribed in the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

* Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection, Etc. of Email Address) 1. No one shall collect email addresses by using any program and other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from internet websites containing clear statement that collection of email addresses is prohibited.
2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in breach of the foregoing Paragraph 1.
3. No on shall willfully use any email address, the collection, sale, and distribution of which are prohibited pursuant to Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, in transmitting information.

* Article 74 (Penal Provisions)
Any person, who falls under any of the followings, shall be punished by a fine within the range not exceeding 10 million won:
- Any person who puts any label on a product or sells a product bearing the label, or who displays such product with intent to sell it, in violation of Paragraph 4, Article
- Any person who disseminates, sells, leases or openly displays any obscene codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures in violation of Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1, Article 44-7
- Any person who makes any codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures, evoking fear or anxiety, reach another person repeatedly in violation of Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 44-7
- Any person who takes technical measures in violation of Paragraph 6, Article 50
- Any person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8, or collects, sells, distributes email addresses or use them for transmission of information in violation of Article 50-2
- A person who fails to report any revision to registration, or who fails to file a report on transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of business, in violation of Paragraph 4, Article 53
